Our brigade, counters and supervisor structure are built for 100-guest-and-above events — that is where the operation earns its keep. A grazing table is a different product: one styled station, built and dressed in advance, that needs none of that machinery. It is the only booking on our card with no minimum headcount.

What goes on the table
Artisan and local cheeses, cold cuts, dips, crackers and breads, seasonal fruit, nuts, and a small dessert corner, styled on boards and risers. Vegetarian and Jain versions swap in paneer, hummus, grilled vegetables and vegetarian charcuterie alternatives.
