What an event quote costs in Pune

Most an event quote bookings with us come in at ₹450–₹2,200 per plate. The number moves with guest count, how many live counters you want, whether the menu is vegetarian or mixed, and how long service runs. We quote in writing, per plate, with the counter list and staff count spelled out — no verbal estimates that change later. Every per-plate quote assumes 100 guests and above; for a smaller gathering, ask about a grazing table instead.

• Simple vegetarian buffet, single cuisine: ₹450–₹800 per plate
• Mixed veg and non-veg buffet, two live counters: ₹900–₹1,400 per plate
• Wedding or reception spread, five to eight counters: ₹1,400–₹2,200 per plate
• Grazing table (under 100 guests): ₹18,000–₹65,000 per plate, quoted per station
• Staff, equipment, crockery, counter facades and cleanup are included in the per-plate quote
