What is the minimum and maximum guest count?
We take per-plate bookings from 100 guests and above, and have served up to 50,000 guests at a single event. For a smaller gathering, the one thing we book is a grazing table — no guest minimum, quoted per station.
Can we taste the food before booking?
Yes. Every confirmed enquiry gets a tasting so you can finalise dishes, spice levels and portion styles before paying in full.
Do you cook at the venue?
