Why on-site cooking is the safety decision
The riskiest hour in Pune catering is the one a cooked dish spends in a van in traffic, or on the ghat road up to Lonavala, at ambient temperature. Cooking at the venue removes that hour entirely. Where a dish genuinely must be prepped in advance, it travels chilled and is finished on the counter.
Allergens and dietary separation
Nut, gluten, dairy and shellfish requests are handled as separate preparations, not as a substitution at the counter. Tell us at menu stage and the affected plates are prepped on their own utensils and served from a labelled position.
During service and after
Chafers are temperature-checked through service, counters are refreshed rather than topped up, and anything past its safe window is pulled. At the end, our team clears counters, bags and removes waste, and hands the venue back clean.
How to book us
Call or WhatsApp +91 96731 98867 with your date, venue and rough guest count. We send a written per-plate quote the same day, arrange a tasting so you can adjust dishes and spice levels before paying in full, then lock the counter plan, staff count and timing sheet with a single supervisor who stays with you through the event.
FAQs
Food safety and kitchen standards — questions
Is the food cooked at the venue?
Yes — wherever the venue permits, our chefs cook on site with live counters rather than transporting cooked food.
Can you handle nut, gluten or dairy allergies?
Yes. Tell us at menu stage and the affected plates are prepared separately on their own utensils and served from a labelled counter position.
Can we taste the food before booking?
Yes. Every confirmed enquiry gets a tasting so you can finalise dishes, spice levels and portion styles before paying in full.
Do you cook at the venue?
Yes. Our chefs cook on site with live counters wherever the venue allows, and bring their own chafing equipment, counter facades, crockery and uniformed stewards.
Which areas do you serve?
Pune city, Pimpri-Chinchwad, the Hinjewadi-Wakad IT corridor, Hadapsar-Kharadi, the Lonavala-Khandala belt and the Panchgani-Mahabaleshwar hill-station belt.
