Six things to check before you sign
Rankings and lists are easy to buy. These six checks tell you far more about how the evening will actually run.
- Do the chefs cook at the venue, or is the food transported cooked?
- Will they give you a tasting before full payment?
- How many stewards per 100 guests, in writing?
- How are Jain, vegan and allergy plates kept separate?
- Who is the single supervisor on the day, and what is their number?
- Is cleanup and equipment removal included in the per-plate rate?
Cooked at your venue, not reheated
Our chefs set up 3–4 hours before guests arrive and cook through the event on live counters wherever the venue allows open flame. Food reaches the plate hot and at the right texture instead of sitting in transport for an hour. Where open flame is not permitted, we run induction and pre-plate finishing stations so quality still holds.
What premium catering in Pune costs
Most premium catering in Pune bookings with us come in at ₹450–₹2,200 per plate. The number moves with guest count, how many live counters you want, whether the menu is vegetarian or mixed, and how long service runs. We quote in writing, per plate, with the counter list and staff count spelled out — no verbal estimates that change later. Every per-plate quote assumes 100 guests and above; for a smaller gathering, ask about a grazing table instead.
- Simple vegetarian buffet, single cuisine: ₹450–₹800 per plate
- Mixed veg and non-veg buffet, two live counters: ₹900–₹1,400 per plate
- Wedding or reception spread, five to eight counters: ₹1,400–₹2,200 per plate
- Grazing table (under 100 guests): ₹18,000–₹65,000 per plate, quoted per station
- Staff, equipment, crockery, counter facades and cleanup are included in the per-plate quote
Vegetarian, Jain and vegan handling
Every menu can be produced pure vegetarian, Jain (no onion, no garlic, no root vegetables), satvik or vegan. Those lines run on separate utensils, separate counters and separate staff, and the labelling on the counter tells guests exactly what they are picking up. Mixed guest lists are the norm for us, not an exception.
